Manager, OSS Engineering

Your Role

• Design and plan TCP/IP network architectures for 2G/3G/4G/5G mobile networks, in close collaboration with HKT Fixed Network Planning to develop comprehensive deployment strategies for mobile cell sites
• Oversee Mobile OSS systems to ensure high stability, optimal performance, and maximum service uptime
• Drive automation initiatives in OSS functions to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance service reliability
• Act as the primary interface and escalation point, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan and deliver critical network expansion projects that align with long-term business objectives
• Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, with a strong focus on professionalism, integrity, and data protection compliance
• Develop, maintain, and continuously refine system policies, processes, documentation, and best practices to support reliable business operations and meet high industry standards

To Success in the Role

• Bachelor’s Degree in​ Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT or a related field
• At least 10 years of working experience in data networking, RAN and OSS network operations
• Solid understanding of LTE/5G RAN and OSS systems and protocols
• Solid experience with TCP/IP network and communication standards and protocols
• Solid experience with data security standards and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
