Manager, OSS Engineering

Your Role

• Planning and designing TCP/IP Network architecture for 2/3/4/5G Mobile Network; and collaborate HKT Fixed Network planning for overall mobile cell sites deployment strategy

• Oversee Mobile OSS systems to ensure system stability, optimal performance, and uptime

• Oversee OSS functions automation to improve efficiency in network operations

• Act as a main interface and point of escalation, coordinating with other teams as needed to resolve problem issues promptly

• Act as a main interface with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan and execute major expansion plans according to business needs

• Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity

• Adhere to data protection regulations ensuring Mobile Network & OSS system are secure, consistent and reliable

• Establish, maintain and continuous assess system policies, practices, documentations, processes, and procedures to ensuring high level of process adherence to support the business

To Success in the Role

• Bachelor’s Degree in​ Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT or a related field

• At least 10 years of working experience in data networking, RAN and OSS network operations

• Solid understanding of LTE/5G RAN and OSS systems and protocols

• Solid experience with TCP/IP network and communication standards and protocols

• Solid experience with data security standards and regulations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
