Manager, Agile Program Management and Transformation
Position Location: Hong Kong
This is a Full-time Permanent position with an onsite working arrangement.
Job title and role will commensurate based on experience
Job Responsibilities
- Agile Program Management
- Support and drive agile program execution and operations
- Communicate with the agile teams about the business need, urgency, and vision for change
- Facilitate value stream identification process
- Develop & execute the agile implementation plan and the Agile Release Train (ART) formation
- Design and define the metrics for agile performance measurement with agile tools
- Provide coaching and training of agile framework and practice
- Facilitate and support agile events and ceremonies (PI Planning, I&A event)
- Foster communities of practice and facilitate relentless improvement
- Facilitate agile teams to deliver and measure progress and outcome
- Organization Transformation
- Support and drive organization transformation goals and programs with agile framework and practice
- Carry out communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth transformation and minimize resistance.
- Identify and facilitate process improvement, optimization and acceleration
- Collaborate and work closely with stakeholders to understand challenges, difficulties & status and facilitate resolution
- Establish and monitor KPI, OKR and metrics to track the progress and outcome with necessary online tools
- Identify risks and dependences and facilitate stakeholders to address and mitigate them proactively
- Promote culture of change, collaboration, and adaptability, innovation and positive work environment
- AI (Artificial Intelligence) Transformation
- Support and drive AI transformation goals, plans and programs with agile framework and practice
- Facilitate design & establishment of AI adoption structure, framework, practice and guideline
- Design and build prototypes and user interface of AI user cases with available AI tools
- Facilitate AI & data ownership, integrity, security, governance and compliance
- Collaborate with functional teams for data planning, clean-up, storage, updating practice and AI model training
- Promote and facilitate AI adoption and enablement for different functional teams
- Facilitate functional teams to re-design workflow and process with AI capabilities
- Facilitate functional teams to continuously improve AI model training and performance
- Establish, KPI, OKR and metrics to measure AI usage and performance
Work Environment
- Communicate and present in English clearly and effectively
- Coordinate cross-functional teams or agile teams in different time zones
- Adjust work hours to suit different time zones of team members
- Work independently and solve problems proactively
- Travel to different countries occasionally
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or engineering discipline
- Solid 5 years of working experience in sizeable organization
- Self-motivation and ability to work in undefined context / scope
- Positive, proactive and can-do mindset
- Willingness to learn and change
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
Preferred Qualifications
- Certificates or experience of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Knowledge or experience of AI or web interface technical development
