Your role:

To participate in eye-catching Smart City Project, (e.g. Smart Parking Meter Project, Green Mini Bus Location Detection Project & etc.), to drive for Digital Transformation (DT) to the department, including: -
- To develop, upgrade and migrate existing applications to improve the IT efficiency
- To study and streamline the existing workflow, and develop DT solutions to improve operational efficiency

To succeed in this role:

- Ability to program in languages such as JAVA/JSP/Typescript/ JavaScript/Python/PHP/HTML &CSS/SQL/Power BI
- Fluent English/Cantonese communication with local member teams
