Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive, Call Centre

Your role

• Perform consultative and proactive selling of mobile products & services via hotline
• Properly follow the prescribed procedures and workflows and complete sales orders in a follow-up and follow-through manner
• Comply to policies, guidelines and procedures as stipulated by the company
• Proactively learn and grasp the latest knowledge to facilitate proper discharge of daily duties
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive
   

To succeed in this role

• Form 5 / Form 6 HKCEE / HKDSE graduate or above
• Customer focused and result oriented with problem solving skills
• Pro-active, eager to help and sell
• Good listening, communication and selling skills
• Good knowledge in software application
• Telecom working experience is preferred especially in mobile industries
