Human Resources Executive
Your role
- Act as an HR business partner to provide HR support to internal stakeholders, including manpower planning support, talent acquisition coordination, employee relations support, and contributing to talent & organization development initiatives within designated business units.
- Add value to the business processes and operations and provide advice to managers on people’s matters.
- Provide support in talent and performance management and retention by working closely with HR COE teams to drive business outcomes and implement related initiatives.
- Build and foster trusted relationships with managers and leaders to ensure human capital efforts are aligned to business strategies.
- Conduct data analytics and metrics to develop solutions to enhance the performance of people programs and productivity optimization.
- Work in partnership with functional COEs and other HR business partners to execute corporate policies and initiatives at the business unit level
- Provide support to the team on other HR strategic projects or ad hoc tasks.
To succeed in this role
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant HR experience in matrixed/multinational companies, preferably in Tech or Engineering industries
- Strong team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good stakeholder management skills and ability to work with leaders at different levels.
- Effective communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Agile, with solid business sense and good numerical/analytical skills.
- HRIS experience in SuccessFactors preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
