Group Legal Adviser

Your role:

• Responsible for all aspects of the commercial contract process, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements with vendors and customers (including service agreements, NDAs and other standard contracts);
• Providing advice to the business team on all legal matters, including commercial contracts, employment, dispute resolution and corporate compliance;
• Providing legal support to the business teams and coordinating with colleagues from other supporting functions across multiple jurisdictions;
• Managing and regularly updating contract templates; and
• Providing legal research support to legal team members.

To succeed in this role:

• LLB degree or equivalent, admitted in Hong Kong with at least 6 to 7 years PQE in law firm and/or in-house;
• Significant experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with vendors and customers is required:
• Strong research skills;
• Experience in telecom industry is preferred;
• Commercially-minded, practical, responsive and focused on problem-solving; and
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
