Fraud Specialist

Job role: 

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting internal and external fraud investigations. The major responsibilities include: 

·         Perform investigations of internal fraud, products fraud, internal theft and other fraud cases related to PCCW/PCCW subsidiaries 

·         Conduct/participate in interviews with alleged staff, identify and investigate fraud loopholes, make recommendations to line department 

·         Study and evaluate the potential fraud of PCCW products and services 

·         Work with relevant parties and develop the handling procedures 

To succeed in this role: 

·         Experience in investigation and IT work is an advantage 

·         Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese  

·         Self-initiated, analytical, ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines  

·         Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills 

·         Familiarization with Oracle , database and Microsoft Office applications is necessary
