Finance Manager

Your role

• Month-end closing of a few entities in a global business, including review of work from regional offices and related follow-ups;
• Prepare report to management about financial and operational results, as well as appropriate analysis to assist management in assessing performance;
• Handle statutory compliance, including but not limited to financial audits and regulatory reporting, as well as coordination with external consultants in such compliance matters
• Design and manage commission plan and ensure correct implementation and accurate commission payments
• Oversee the calculation of monthly incentive commissions for all sales employees focusing on accuracy, completeness and consistency as defined in the commission plans
• Ad hoc projects (e.g. operational process review and fine-tuning, systems enhancement, etc.)

To succeed in this role

• Degree holder major in Accounting and Finance, qualified accountant obtained from any of the major international accounting bodies.
• Post-qualification experience of at least 8 years, with 2-3 years in a managerial / team leader position
• Prior experience of working in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment an advantage
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).  Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good communication skills are important to this role as the person will have to work closely with different regional teams
• Good team player and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
