Executive Secretary
Your new role:
- Managing correspondence and scheduling
- Organising meetings and preparing necessary documents and submission logistics
- Assisting with budget preparation and ongoing tracking for the department
- Managing and organizing departmental files, documents, and records
- Assisting with onboarding and off boarding of team members
- Liaising with other departments and external vendors or clients as needed
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Preparing and distributing internal communications and reports
- Performing other administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as required
To succeed in this role:
- High Diploma or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in team administrative or team support role
- Exposure in serving senior management and/or professional firm is a plus
- Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and accuracy in skills such as proofreading documents and managing budgets
- Ability to work independently and as crucial member of the team
- Be responsible and accountable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
