Executive Secretary

Your new role:

  • Managing correspondence and scheduling
  • Organising meetings and preparing necessary documents and submission logistics
  • Assisting with budget preparation and ongoing tracking for the department
  • Managing and organizing departmental files, documents, and records
  • Assisting with onboarding and off boarding of team members
  • Liaising with other departments and external vendors or clients as needed
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Preparing and distributing internal communications and reports
  • Performing other administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as required

 

To succeed in this role:

  • High Diploma or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in team administrative or team support role
  • Exposure in serving senior management and/or professional firm is a plus
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in skills such as proofreading documents and managing budgets
  • Ability to work independently and as crucial member of the team
  • Be responsible and accountable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
