Engineer

Your Role

• Assist Managers in performing design, planning, implementation and operations for outdoor radio networks
• Lead a team to deploy, configure, maintain and build mobile cell sites
• Prepare survey reports, technical proposals, drawings and related documents
• Oversee the end-to-end build process of mobile cell sites, including site preparation, equipment installation and commissioning
• Coordinate logistics for transporting and deploying mobile units to designated locations
• Collaborate with RF engineers, subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery

To Succeed in the Role

• Associate or Bachelor's degree holder in Telecommunication or related disciplines
• At least 5 years' experience in mobile cell site related work is preferred
• Hands-on experience with telecom hardware installation and commissioning
• Good knowledge of wireless networks
• Good mobile site fieldwork experience
• Good command of reading, written & spoken in English
• Be proactive & like to interact with others
