Engineer, Server and Network Operation Support

Your Role

• Provide daily system administration to IT Infrastructure, system troubleshooting, monitoring and change package deployment

• Plan and manage team resources to complete above tasks to meet SLA

• Perform Operational Acceptance Test (OAT) before production launch

• Attend 7 x 24 hrs emergency call out outside normal working hours when necessary
   

To Succeed in the Role

• Diploma or above in Electronic, Information Technology, Computer Science, Communication Engineering or related disciplines

• At least 5 years’ experience in Linux administration/troubleshooting, VMware vSphere/vCenter configuration and F5 Load Balancer configuration

• Certificate holder of CCNA/ RHCE/ RHCSA will be an advantage

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
