Engineer, Outdoor Radio Network Engineering

Your Role

• Lead a technical team to rollout mobile site projects and provide radio network maintenance service
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including RF engineering, vendor and other MNOs for project rollout.  
• Provide support in RF planning, optimization, and performance tuning for wireless networks
• Responsible to oversee the outdoor mobile coverage development and maintenance work

To Succeed in the Role

• Degree holder in Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Communication Engineering or related disciplines with min. 5 years’ relevant experience of mobile radio network planning or operation experience
• Proven experience in a managerial role, overseeing teams of RF engineers and designers
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and evaluating third-party solutions related to radio design
• Demonstrated success in leading projects from conception to implementation
• Experience with 4G/5G network deployments and optimization
• Proficient in spoken and written in both English and Chinese
