Engineer, Fixed Network Services Management

Your Role 

• Supervise and lead Center Operations for Broadband, Voice, Data Services, IP / Transmission Networks
• Take lead and manage network expansion, migration and network improvement projects
• Establish operation procedures for network and work practice improvement
• Support new service rollout and maintain operation acceptance
• Carry out regular network review and identify improvement areas
• Attend shift or 7 x 24 hrs emergency support outside normal working hours if necessary  

To Succeed in the Role 

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Communication Engineering or related disciplines with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in telecommunications or IT industry or High Diploma with 4 years’ relevant experience
• Technical and practical knowledge in IP Networking, Data Services, Transmission Network technologies
• Experience in Center Operations, fault management and Customer handling skills
• Good in spoken and written in both English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer.
