Deskside Support Engineer

Job Duties:

  • Provide 1st level support working directly with IT groups and/or users
  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations, peripheral equipment and Windows desktop software
  • Participate in IT Projects and implementation work
  • Hardware and software inventory/license control and relevant documentation control
  • Required to work in both Office environment and Warehouse workplace
  • Interface with vendors, as required, to provide hardware or software repairs

Requirements:

  • 3 years or above working experience
  • Providing technical support, including installation, PC troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance
  • Experience on O365 support
  • Have knowledge with ITIL IT Service Management framework
  • Self-motivated and excellent client facing experience
  • Have a broad background in hardware support for both laptops & mobile phones (iOS/Android)
  • Responds to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions
  • Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
  • No shift duty
