Deskside Support Engineer
Job Duties:
- Provide 1st level support working directly with IT groups and/or users
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations, peripheral equipment and Windows desktop software
- Participate in IT Projects and implementation work
- Hardware and software inventory/license control and relevant documentation control
- Required to work in both Office environment and Warehouse workplace
- Interface with vendors, as required, to provide hardware or software repairs
Requirements:
- 3 years or above working experience
- Providing technical support, including installation, PC troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance
- Experience on O365 support
- Have knowledge with ITIL IT Service Management framework
- Self-motivated and excellent client facing experience
- Have a broad background in hardware support for both laptops & mobile phones (iOS/Android)
- Responds to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions
- Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
- No shift duty
