Data Analyst

We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst to support business growth through data-driven insights. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing, Product, Business Performance, and Technology teams to analyze customer behavior, monitor performance, and deliver actionable reporting.

This role is ideal for candidates with around 1 year of experience who want to grow in analytics, AI, and predictive analytics. You will also have access to corporate AI and LLM tools that are ready to support daily analytical work.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and customer data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

• Prepare datasets, perform data transformation, and generate insights for business decision-making.

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar tools.

• Support customer segmentation, retention analysis, and performance monitoring.

• Assist in predictive analytics applications such as propensity analysis, churn indicators, and customer profiling.

• Use AI and LLM tools to improve reporting, analysis efficiency, and insight generation.

• Work with business and technology teams to improve reporting processes and data quality.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.

• Around 1 year of experience in data analytics, reporting, BI, or related work; internship experience is also welcome.

• Good knowledge of SQL / Python for data extraction and analysis.

• Experience with Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar visualization tools.

• Basic understanding of statistics, data analysis, and pattern identification.

• Exposure to AI, predictive analytics, automation, or LLM tools is a strong plus.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
