Customer Services Officer, Insurance (Welcome Fresh Graduate)

Your role:

• Handle inbound and written inquiries from customers such as policy application status, product information, claims issues, etc.
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure timely and professional service to customers
• Handle and resolve the problem cases independently
• Conduct administrative works and customer services support, including after-sales service, data input, documentations, etc.
• Contribute to UAT related to new projects, system enhancement or production problem fixing
• Ensure smooth operations and achieve satisfactory rating by meeting all control and service requirements
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements: 

• Higher diploma / Associate Degree or above in any disciplines
• Passed IIQE Paper 1,3 is a must (Paper 2 will be an advantage)
• At least 2 years' working experience at customer services / insurance industry 
• Fresh graduate with IIQE certificate will also be considered
