Customer Service Executive

CS Officer (Related to Arts and Cultural) / 客戶服務主任 (藝術及文化園區)

Working Location: Sheung Wan / 工作地點：上環

Responsibilities:

• Handle customers’ enquiries via telephone and emails for an art district
• Introduce Cultural District facilities
• No sales is required
• Perform shift duties within 09:00 – 21:00 including weekends and public holidays

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• 1 year of CS experience is preferred

職責：

• 透過電話和電郵解答有關文化園區的查詢
• 介紹園區的活動及設施
• 無須cold call和銷售
• 9:00am – 9:00pm 星期一至日輪班, 五天工作, 每更8.5小時

你需要具備以下條件：

• 文憑或以上學歷
• 流利粵語, 良好英語及普通話
