Customer Relationship Officer

Your Role:

  • Support any kinds of bill, CS enquiries or issues follow up towards customers 
  • Follow up any after sales and change service transactions 
  • Properly follow the pre-set procedures and workflows and complete the job in a follow-up and follow-through manner & per requirements, policies, guidelines and procedures stipulated by all concerning parties from times to times 
  • Proactively learn and grasp latest knowledge concerned to facilitate proper discharge of daily duties
  • Discharge duty in a professional manner so that company image can be safeguarded at all times
  • Carry out any ad hoc duties whenever appropriate to meet business need


To succeed in this role:

  • HKCEE/HKDSE or above
  • 1-2 years working experience in mobile industry is preferred
  • Good command of both spoken & written Cantonese and English
  • Sound knowledge of PC such as Internet, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word etc.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive working attitude, responsible and result-oriented
