Customer Officer
Job Description
- Answering incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries from customers and providing assistance and cross sell with various requests such as mobile and 1O1O Home services, golf bookings, dining reservations, travel recommendations, etc.
- Ensuring a pleasant customer experience by providing accurate and timely information
- Logging all customer enquiries in the system in a clear and concise manner and following up on any outstanding issues or enquiries within the agreed upon timeframes
- Escalating complex or unresolved issues to team lead or management promptly
- Provide insights on customers’ feedback
- Support in ad-hoc duties assignments when needed
Experience & Qualifications
- Can do-attitude, positive thinking, proactive with good interpersonal
- Highly motivated and able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
- Strong sales and service orientation and good communication skills
- Flexible, and adaptable to changing work schedules and requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
- Previous experience in sales or events is a plus
- Immediate available is highly preferred
