Customer Officer

Your role 

  • To provide professional concierge & customer services to clients via phone calls/ email
  • To handle customer enquiries or complaints globally, offer one-stop resolution and fulfill customer requests
  • To grasp any opportunities to sell or retain customers via Hotline/ Email/ Social Media
  • To manage communication with customers in a friendly, professional & courteous manner
  • To resolve customer complaints, establish relationships with customers, learning their preferences
  • To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • Shift duty within 21:00 - 06:00

 

 To succeed in this role

  • HKCEE / DSE graduate or above
  • Candidates with IIQE Paper 1 & 2 qualifications will be an added advantage
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) 
  • Knowledge on mobile products and services is an advantage
  • Customer-oriented, Good communication skills & problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
