Customer Officer

Your role

  • Handle customers’ inquiries via phonecalls and multi digital channels, e.g live-chat, email, social media to ensure customers' satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to sell or retain customers during interactions
  • Follow pre-set procedures and workflows to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Adhere to requirements, policies, guidelines, and procedures set by the company and other appropriate partners
  • Proactively learn and stay updated with the latest knowledge related to the job responsibilities
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Shift duty within 15:00-00:00
     

 To succeed in this role

  • HKCEE / DSE graduate or above
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) 
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute in both Chinese and English
  • Clear voice with a friendly and helpful tone
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and eager to help and sell products/services
  • Knowledge on mobile products and services is an advantage
  • Knowledge of common PC software applications
