Customer Officer (Japanese Speaking)

Your role

 

  • To provide professional customer services to clients via phone calls / email / live-chat 
  • To handle customer inquiries and fulfill customer requests in areas including dining reservations, travel planning, shopping services, entertainment, sports, recreation & special events 
  • To manage communication with customers in a friendly, professional & courteous manner 
  • To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned 

     

To succeed in this role

 

  • HKCEE / DSE graduated or above 
  • N2 level or above in Japanese in both written and spoken  
  • Effective communication in written & verbal English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) 
  • Customer-oriented, good telephone manner & problem solving skill 
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
