Officer - Guest Service Centre (Fresh Graduates welcome)
Responsibilities / 主要職務
- To provide support to the Contact Centre in achieving the service standards pledged to customers
- 在客戶服務中心工作以提供全面優質的熱線服務
- To provide quality customer services via various communication channels, e.g. telephone, emails, live chat
- 透過電話、電郵及或即時通訊(Live Chat)提供優質客戶服務
- Offer immediate assistances towards complaints
- 及時處理投訴電話及個案
Working Hours & Location / 工作時間及地點
- Monday to Sunday 9:00am – 9:00pm (5-day work week, 8.5 working hours per day)
- 星期一至日輪班 上午9時至下午9時 (5天工作,每天8.5小時)
- Sheung Wan (Nearby MTR station)
- 上環 (地鐵站步行5分鐘)
Requirements / 學歷及其他要求
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above
- HKCEE/HKDSE或以上學歷
- Fresh Graduates are also welcome; candidates with 1-year or above CS experience is preferred
- 歡迎應屆畢業生申請,具備一年以上客戶服務相關經驗優先
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- 流利粵語, 良好英語及普通話
