Company Secretarial Manager

Your Role

  • Handling a wide range of company secretarial work for the group’s portfolio of key operating subsidiaries, covering entities incorporated in Hong Kong and overseas jurisdictions
  • Coordinating and preparation of papers for meetings of the board, board committees and shareholders, as well as preparation of minutes and resolutions
  • Handling company secretarial matters relating to transactions involving our key operating subsidiaries
  • Assisting to a lesser extent in periodic compliance work for our listed companies
  • Handling other work from time to time as assigned

 

To Succeed in this Role

  • Qualified professional with HKCGI membership
  • Minimum  8  years’ relevant working  experience, with at least 5 years in listed companies
  • Deep experience in and capability for working independently in managing the company secretarial matters of active operating subsidiaries
  • Sound knowledge of the Listing Rules, including connected transactions and notifiable transactions, the Companies Ordinance and other listed and compliance rules and regulations  
  • Self-motivated, independent, and attentive to details
  • A good team player ready to work with and support other team members
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Ability to speak Putonghua is an advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Company Secretarial Manager
