Commission Analysis Officer

Your Role:

• Responsible for managing and executing sales commission in compliance with sales compensation plans and incentive programs

• Collect, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources into a unified and consistent dataset for analysis

• Collaborate with internal parties for business efficiency

• With good sense, with a large dataset, and understanding of database concepts in business intelligence principles, and data modelling

• Any ad hoc duties/assignments assigned

To succeed in this role:

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.  Higher Diploma /Associate Degree holders will also be considered.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. Candidates with experience in commission or incentive calculation, commercial operations, payroll processing or related roles will be at an advantage

• Fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, Excel modelling, etc.)

• Familiarity with Macro is an advantage

• Good command of English and Chinese

• Immediate availability preferred

• Candidates with more experience would be considered for the Officer role
