Commission Analysis Manager
Your role:
The successful candidate will manage the sales compensation program for the Global business, including (but not limited to):
- Design sales incentive programs to recognise and reward performance that drives the desired business outcome
- Measurement of sales performance against targets, ongoing monitoring of sales compensation plans execution, as well as post-implementation review of sales compensation programs
- Analyse and address sales compensation inquiries and disputes, manage customer account assignment and master database
To succeed in this role:
- Degree holder in accounting or finance or a related discipline
- Minimum ten years’ relevant experience in sales compensation programs, exposure in both retail and wholesale sales environments (Candidates with between 10-15 years’ experience will be considered for the post of Sales Compensation Manager, while candidates with more than 15 years’ experience will be considered for a more senior position)
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with all disciplines at all levels within a large corporate environment
- A good command of English, both written and spoken, is required
- Excellent analytical skills, independent and mature worker, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Proficient in MS applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint presentations
