Clerk, Service Support
Job Description:
- To support any kinds of bill and customer service enquiries or issues follow up towards customers
- To follow up any after sales and change service transactions
- To support In & Outbound customer calls for follow up activities
- To proactively learn and grasp latest knowledge concerned to facilitate proper discharge of daily duties
- To provide administrative support
- To carry out any ad hoc duties whenever appropriate to meet business need
Job requirements:
- Form 5 / DSE or above
- Knowledge in telecom products (e.g. mobile and broadband) is an advantage
- 1 years' equivalent working experience in customer service is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome
- Good command of both spoken & written Cantonese and English.
- Sound knowledge of PC such as Internet, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word etc
- Demonstrates good teamwork abilities and good communication skills
- Positive working attitude, responsible and result-oriented
- Working Location: Tuen Mun (near MTR station)
