Clerk, Service Support

Job Description:

  • To support any kinds of bill and customer service enquiries or issues follow up towards customers
  • To follow up any after sales and change service transactions
  • To support In & Outbound customer calls for follow up activities 
  • To proactively learn and grasp latest knowledge concerned to facilitate proper discharge of daily duties
  • To provide administrative support
  • To carry out any ad hoc duties whenever appropriate to meet business need

 

 Job requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • Knowledge in telecom products (e.g. mobile and broadband) is an advantage
  • 1 years' equivalent working experience in customer service is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome 
  • Good command of both spoken & written Cantonese and English.
  • Sound knowledge of PC such as Internet, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word etc
  • Demonstrates good teamwork abilities and good communication skills
  • Positive working attitude, responsible and result-oriented
  • Working Location: Tuen Mun (near MTR station)
