Business Development Manager
Your Role
- A sales-focused role to identify new business opportunities and meet assigned sales targets.
- Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, margin, and the acquisition of new accounts for each product assigned by the team leader.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with existing customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to establish pricing strategies, enhance product offerings, and coordinate marketing initiatives.
- Engage in business travel to attend international conferences, nurture customer relationships, and pursue new business opportunities abroad.
- Promote and strengthen the company's brand image by exemplifying professionalism and sustainability in all aspects of work.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and account development plans.
- Ensure timely and professional customer engagement, proposal submission, and follow-up.
To Succeed in this Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in telecommunications or ICT sales, with strong exposure to Enterprise markets.
- Existing relationships with key Enterprise customers and IT partners are preferred.
- Solid understanding of IP-based connectivity, subsea cables, and cloud networking solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
