Business Development Manager

Your Role

  • A sales-focused role to identify new business opportunities and meet assigned sales targets.
  • Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, margin, and the acquisition of new accounts for each product assigned by the team leader.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with existing customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various departments to establish pricing strategies, enhance product offerings, and coordinate marketing initiatives.
  • Engage in business travel to attend international conferences, nurture customer relationships, and pursue new business opportunities abroad.
  • Promote and strengthen the company's brand image by exemplifying professionalism and sustainability in all aspects of work.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and account development plans.
  • Ensure timely and professional customer engagement, proposal submission, and follow-up.

 

To Succeed in this Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in telecommunications or ICT sales, with strong exposure to Enterprise markets.
  • Existing relationships with key Enterprise customers and IT partners are preferred.
  • Solid understanding of IP-based connectivity, subsea cables, and cloud networking solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
