Business Development Manager

As a key member of our Smart Living Business Development Team, the job holder will be responsible for the planning and implementation of business development plans to achieve business targets for Smart Living wholesales business. Major responsibilities include: 

  • Develop and explore new solution for new residential projects in both Hong Kong and Macau
  • Conduct strategic research and analysis to identify, evaluate and recommend business opportunities in property development and re-development sectors
  • Formulate sales forecast and monitor the project cost and profitability
  • Liaise with property developers on potential partnership, coordinate with internal parties in formulating and implementing sales & marketing plans for different projects

 

The Person:

  • University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Science, Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Sound experience in dealing with Hong Kong Property Developers
  • Tactful and outgoing personality and able to work independently
  • Experience in tender handling and project management would be an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with leadership experience will be an advantage
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Development Manager
