Business Development Manager
Your role:
- To be responsible for providing service management and support to company’s key commercial customers
- To work with different functional teams on existing project expansion and new business development
- To identify new sales leads and potential new markets for business expansion. Act as a focal escalation contact point to customers on all commercial issues.
- To establish and maintain a close working relationship with internal functional areas and external parties such as service partners related to local and international services/products, service provisioning, billing management, complaint resolution, operations reports, and crisis management.
- To monitor the Service Level Agreement (SLA), manage and deliver the projects within agreed schedule and quality.
- To analyze current marketplace trends and competitors' activity. Developing growth strategies and plans which focus on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 8 years’ working experience
- Solid experience in business development, client servicing and account management
- Customer-focused, result-driven and the ability to achieve business targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good skill in PPT and commercial service proposal writing
- Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
- Candidate with more experience would be considered as Senior Business Development Manager
