Business Development Manager

Your role:

  • To be responsible for providing service management and support to company’s key commercial customers
  • To work with different functional teams on existing project expansion and new business development
  • To identify new sales leads and potential new markets for business expansion.  Act as a focal escalation contact point to customers on all commercial issues.
  • To establish and maintain a close working relationship with internal functional areas and external parties such as service partners related to local and international services/products, service provisioning, billing management, complaint resolution, operations reports, and crisis management.
  • To monitor the Service Level Agreement (SLA), manage and deliver the projects within agreed schedule and quality.
  • To analyze current marketplace trends and competitors' activity.  Developing growth strategies and plans which focus on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

 

To succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 8 years’ working experience
  • Solid experience in business development, client servicing and account management
  • Customer-focused, result-driven and the ability to achieve business targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good skill in PPT and commercial service proposal writing 
  • Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
  • Candidate with more experience would be considered as Senior Business Development Manager
