Business, Analyst, Report & Dashboard Manager is responsible for supporting complex data /analysis projects and initiate new projects to support business operations and growth. Position requires deep collaborate with IoT overlay sales and product team to develop an understanding of business challenges, and requirements for intuitive support and analysis tools.
Lead in implementing analytics for 360 view and insight to pricing analysis, sales, delivery, business operation analysis and reporting including focus to onboarding customers, partners and products to Console Connect digital platform.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain sales tools.
- Maintain data warehouses and conduct quantitative analysis that meets functional / non-functional business requirements.
- Help to build the infrastructure required for data mining; extracting, transformation and automation from various data sources.
- Set-up, test and optimize business intelligence tools, analytics software and database servers to maximize the functionality of the current data systems.
- Lead on data transformation strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Create reports and dashboards based on recommendations and findings for internal teams and/or external clients
- Support the build and maintenance of all reports and dashboards, monitor the data quality and delivery deadline
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related discipline
- Experience in research and analysis, data mining and managing eCommerce platforms (Meetingplace/Marketplace), and advertising campaigns.
- Deep understanding of Marketing Funnels and Customer Journeys
- Passion for understanding customer behavior and conversion rate optimization
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially BI, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Independent, self-motivated, result orientated and able to work under pressure
- Highly proficient in written and spoken English
- Ability to travel when required and immediate availability (an advantage and preferred)
