Business Analysis Officer

Your new role

The candidate will assist the AVP in supporting the business planning, financial and management for Consumer Business Group, including but not limited to

• Prepare journal entries and related schedules for manual adjustments subject to business needs
• Assist in month-end closing activities
• Prepare business analysis to support business development and decision-making including sales data (customer/product/channel), revenue, cost of sales and OPEX
• Assist in audit preparation, and liaise with various departments regarding all aspects of financial accounting
• Handle other ad hoc duties and projects as required

To succeed in this role

• Diploma or above in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 1 year’s relevant working experience in accounting/auditing/business planning
• Proven ability in data management and detail oriented
• Proficient in MS office applications including MS Word, Excel
• Mature, analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently
• A co-operative team player who is able to communicate with people at all levels
• Prior experience in Oracle accounting systems is an advantage
