Business Analysis Executive

Your role:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business data across various business lines (mobile, broadband, fixed line, and pay TV services) to identify trends, patterns, and business insights driving strategy and decisions
• Prepare regular and customized reports / dashboards with visualization tools for track business performance & management review
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable, and easy-to-understand narratives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights.
• Support strategic planning by providing actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
• Conduct root cause analysis to address business challenges and recommend solutions

To succeed in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or other relevant disciplines
• 2 years of experience in data analysis
• Proficient in using statistical or programming tools, SQL/ Python/ Tableau /Microsoft SQL Server/ Excel
• Expertise in creating professional PowerPoint presentations for management
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify key insights from data
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Background from Telecom/Broadband/TV industry is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior position
• Work location: Tuen Mun or Shatin
