Audit Support Officer
The Job
- Provide administration support to internal audit department and the team
- Help managing resources plans for the internal audit department
- Assist in documentation and knowledge management for the department, ensuring files and reports are complete and accurate
- Support the preparation of reports and presentation slides
- Manage meeting schedule, prepare minutes and assist in different projects and presentation
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
The Person
- Holder of higher diploma or above with at least 5 years’ relevant work experience in audit firm / consulting industry and/or inhouse internal audit department is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience in reporting, data input and/or administrative support
- Responsible, proactive and detailed-minded
- Able to work both independently and as a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available will be an absolute advantage
