Assistant Vice President, Growth Marketing (Commercial Mobile)

Role Overview

We are looking for a commercially sharp and strategically strong Growth Marketing leader to drive measurable revenue growth across our Corporate and SME segments.

As AVP, you will own the end-to-end growth agenda — from acquisition and activation to upsell and retention — building a disciplined, performance-led marketing engine that directly impacts pipeline, revenue, and market share. You will be accountable for translating marketing investment into measurable commercial outcomes through rigorous performance management, structured experimentation, and strong cross-functional revenue alignment.

Beyond execution, this role requires transformational leadership. You will shape the strategic direction of growth marketing within Commercial Mobile, modernizing traditional approaches into a scalable, data-driven, digital-first model. As a senior leader, you will influence enterprise priorities, embed a culture of accountability and innovation, and position marketing as a core driver of long-term competitive advantage.

This role combines strategy and execution. You will lead a team, manage significant marketing investment, and work closely with Sales, Product, Digital, and CX to ensure marketing is fully accountable to business results while elevating the organization’s overall growth maturity.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Growth Strategy with Commercial Accountability

  • Define and execute the Growth Marketing strategy aligned to Commercial Mobile priorities
  • Shift the organization toward a performance-led, ROI-driven operating model
  • Own key growth metrics: acquisition, penetration, conversion, retention, and LTV
  • Advise senior leadership on investment allocation and GTM priorities based on data and forecasts

2. Drive Integrated Performance Marketing

  • Oversee multi-channel performance programs across paid media, digital platforms, and partner ecosystems
  • Optimize channel mix and budget allocation to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Integrate digital, sales, and partner journeys to improve lead quality and conversion velocity

3. Build a Robust Measurement & Growth Engine

  • Establish practical, business-focused measurement frameworks (attribution, funnel tracking, cohort analysis)
  • Develop dashboards that clearly link marketing activity to pipeline and revenue
  • Institutionalize structured experimentation and continuous optimization
  • Strengthen MarTech and automation capabilities to improve targeting, personalization, and scalability

4. Elevate Customer Lifecycle & Experience

  • Design and optimize end-to-end journeys across acquisition, onboarding, upsell, and retention
  • Lead segmentation and personalization strategies for SME and Corporate customers
  • Partner with Digital, CX, and Product teams to remove friction and increase conversion rates

5. Lead GTM & Account-Based Marketing

  • Develop integrated GTM plans for Corporate and SME propositions
  • Translate product offerings into scalable, results-driven campaigns
  • Drive and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) in partnership with Sales for enterprise growth

6. Strengthen Channel & Revenue Alignment

  • Modernize traditional channel marketing into a digitally enabled growth model
  • Work closely with Sales and Account Management to improve pipeline quality and revenue realization
  • Build partner marketing strategies that expand reach and accelerate segment growth

7. Build and Lead a High-Performance Team

  • Lead and develop a capable growth marketing team
  • Foster accountability, data-driven decision-making, and execution discipline
  • Elevate team capability in analytics, performance marketing, and modern growth practices

Requirements

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (MBA preferred)
  • 12–15 years of marketing experience, with substantial leadership exposure in growth, digital, or performance marketing
  • Proven record of driving measurable revenue impact and marketing ROI
  • Experience in telecommunications, technology, or B2B/enterprise segments preferred

  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, funnel optimization, and analytics
  • Hands-on understanding of MarTech, CRM, and marketing automation ecosystems
