Assistant Vice President

Your Role

• Monitor market trend and work with Consumer and Commercial Product team to define and design new products to enable business growth of the company
• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for broadband and IP network evolution to align with corporate business goals and future technology trends

• Oversee the design, architecture, and lifecycle evolution of IP core networks, ensuring high availability, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Lead the evaluation, planning, and introduction of new broadband access technologies (e.g., PON, xDSL, DOCSIS, 5G FWA) to enhance access performance and service diversity
• Direct customer-premises equipment (CPE) evolution and development, ensuring devices meet service requirements and support emerging broadband features and standards
• Monitor global technology trends, engage with vendors and partners, and assess new solutions for commercial and technical feasibility
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and IT teams to ensure network architecture supports business growth, product innovation, and service quality objectives
• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering technical excellence, innovation, and professional growth

To Succeed in the Role 

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in network planning, architecture, or development in a telecom service provider environment
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of senior engineers or technical leads
• Technical depth in network architecture and broadband systems and strong knowledge of IP/MPLS networks, broadband access technologies, and network virtualization / cloud integration
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
