Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Vice President of Voice Sales Operations to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our Voice Sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales operations, finance integration, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong focus on driving revenue and margin improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate Monthly Reports: Gather and consolidate monthly sales reports from the Sales team. Verify any discrepancies with the Finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Drive Strategic Voice Program: Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing revenue and margin within the Voice segment. Develop and implement strategic programs that align with overall business objectives.
- Transform Supporting Functions: Analyze and transform Voice supporting functions to improve EBITDA. Identify areas for efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
- 360-Degree Business Review: Conduct comprehensive reviews of the business from a 360-degree perspective to identify and address outstanding accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
- Support TKS Cost Savings Project: Provide analytical and operational support for the TKS cost savings project, aiming to optimize processes and enhance profitability.
- Facilitate Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a liaison between various departments and regions to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Adm, Finance, Telecom or related field.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in sales, Sales operations, finance, or related roles, with a focus on Voice or telecommunications.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial reporting and discrepancy resolution.
- Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
