Assistant Vice President, Voice Product & Roaming

Your role:

• To work closely with technical teams to identify the suitable cost/time-effective approach for on-time deliverables in good quality.
• To be a domain expert to provide professional advice to Marketing Team and training to Customer Service Team to facilitate acquisition and streamline service support.
• To Manage and justify the cost for new product development and maintenance. Review time-by-time, and look for better ways to get things done.
• To Design, generate and analyze performance reports, for service monitoring. Identify and advise for the steps forward.
• To conduct market research. Discuss with stakeholders. Consolidate ideas to formulate the service detail and convert into solid requirement.
• To Supervise, and give guidelines to teammates to achieve different company goals

To succeed in this role:

• Degree holder in Information Technologies, Computer Science/Engineering, Telecommunication, IT or equivalent with professional accreditations
• At least 7-8 years relevant experience in service/product development. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager
• Good understanding in two or more below are definitely helpful for performing the role
  • Mobile network architecture, regards to voice and roaming service
  • SIP, VoIP technology
  • Handset product and service development
  • SIM technology and development
• Enthusiastic in studying and adopting new technology and IT knowledge.
• Attention to detail, especially in user experience perspective
• Have experience in communicating and working with technical teams.
• In-depth knowledge in VoLTE, 5G SA, and Artificial Intelligence is definitely an advantage.
