Assistant Vice President, Network Security

Your Role

• Develop and maintain network security policy, standards and guidelines         
• Define and implement network security improvement projects to counter latest cyber threats
• Conduct Internal network audit,  regular network security reviews / network scanning / penetration test and risk assessments on network equipment, new technologies, and cloud solutions
• Strengthen security operations capabilities, especially on incident response and remediation
• Collaborate, monitor the cyber threat landscape through open source channels, vendor feeds and analyze of cyber threat intelligence
• Manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on cyber security matters
• Automate security operations and upkeep the technical capabilities of the team 

To Succeed in the Role

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines
• At least 12 years of relevant experience with exposure in banking or financial industry, regulatory bodies, consultancy firms or Big 4 
• Familiar with a broad range of IT technologies, communication protocols, security products, cyber security and data protection best practices
• Holder of CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSP or CEH is preferred
• Self-motivated, outspoken and risk-sensitive
• Detail-minded, analytical and capable of making sound judgement
• Good business acumen with the ability to balance conflicting interests
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage and communicate with stakeholders of diverse backgrounds and job levels
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
