Assistant Vice President, Affluent Marketing

The role will be responsible for leading the marketing, communications, and financial performance of the Mobile and Home Solutions portfolio, specifically targeting the affluent customer segment. This role will focus on designing and executing data-driven retention strategies to reduce churn and strengthen brand loyalty. Involves full ownership of the P&L, concierge service development, and marketing efforts to enhance partnerships and create premium experiences. Major responsibilities include: 

 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aimed at engaging the affluent segment for Mobile and Home Solutions products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives. 

  • Develop Retention Strategies: Design and implement innovative retention programs to minimize customer churn and maximize retention rates. 

  • Design and implement targeted communication strategies that resonate with affluent customers, driving strong engagement across all relevant platforms. 

  • Lead the design and execution of personalized concierge services that cater to the unique needs of affluent customers, enhancing the brand's differentiation and fostering loyalty. 

  • Establish, manage, and optimize marketing initiatives that elevate the brand’s reputation and strengthen customer engagement through high-value experiences. 

  • Work closely with external partners and internal teams to create distinctive, memorable experiences that exceed affluent customer expectations. 

 

To succeed in this role 

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. 

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in targeting affluent customer segments. Experience in the home products or luxury goods industry is a plus. 

  • Experience in retention and loyalty marketing within the telecom industry is preferred. 

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in leading cross-functional teams. 

  • Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to execute marketing campaigns that align with business goals. 

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for high-end customers. 

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strategic partnerships. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
