Assistant Training Manager
We are seeking an experienced Training Expert to join our team at a leading telecommunications service and digital transformation solution providers in Hong Kong. He/She will responsible to develop and deliver appropriate trainings for all levels in the operation teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop competency model for Contact Centre staff to support business strategies and people development initiatives
- Deploy appropriate learning and development strategy and manage the entire learning cycle from curriculum design to delivery across all levels in the operation teams
- Liaise and collaborate with various stakeholders including but not limited to Operations Management, Group HR, Product and Marketing teams to conduct ongoing training needs analysis and monitor the effectiveness of training programs so as to address gaps in selling skills and service standards for continuous improvement on operational efficiency and customer experience
- Improve knowledge consistency and service accuracy by revamp and timely update of the knowledge management platform to facilitate standardization, effective retrieval and up-taking, sharing and capturing of best practices and knowledge by operation staff across different sites in Hong Kong and PRC
- To undertake ad-hoc projects / tasks (e.g. staff competition) as assigned
Requirement:
- University degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development, Process and Knowledge management, with prior experience / good understanding of sales or CS operations will definitely be an advantage
- Passionate about people and resourceful in designing, delivering and measuring business-oriented people development solutions
- Excellent customer-service mindset, strong ability to build rapport and efficient communication with stakeholders and staff at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to initiate and drive change with excellent planning, leadership and articulation skill to achieve project success through team work
- Strong work ethic and dedication to achieving results
- Creative and able to think outside the box to develop new sales strategies
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Occasionally travel to PRC is required
