Assistant Service Manager

We are looking for a dynamic & result-driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Service Manager.  The primary focus of this role is to lead a Team of 3-4 Service Sales in achieving the sales target assigned for the year.  He / She should be able to build & maintain existing client relationships by promoting and selling our equipment maintenance services.   The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively. 

 

Your new role 

  • Coach and lead a service sales team for CPE contracts renewal.  Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization 
  • Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with assigned customer under public utilities, banking and finance sector by paying courtesy visits, phone calls and / or regular reviews  
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients and their industry to understand their equipment maintenance requirements 
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting HKT’s edge on maintenance services 
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts and service technicians, to ensure accurate understanding of customer needs and smooth service delivery
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, while ensuring profitability for the company

To succeed in this role 

  • Degree holder in business, marketing or a related discipline is preferred 
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the equipment maintenance service
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and achieve targets 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly 
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset 
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders 
  • Good organizational skill and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines 
  • Strong in both spoken and written English and Chinese  
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Service Executive
