Assistant Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Team management and supervision
- Insurance license management
- Commission and compensation calculation
- Compensation proposal documentation preparation
- SOP and compliance documentation preparation and update to ensure comply compliance & rules requirements
- Audit documentation preparation
- Workflow creation, review progress of procedures and continuously improve
- Leading and conduct UAT
- Perform ad hoc projects / tasks as required
- Identify common issues and make recommendations to management for continuous improvement of the service we deliver to our customers
- Produce analysis reports and statistical modeling for the management
- Perform ad hoc projects / tasks as required
- Supervise the team to provide clerical and administrative support
- Supervise the team to support office administrative general duties, such as office facility management and IT request arrangement
- Supervise the team to provide the daily & monthly reports
- Supervise the team to support the company ensuring day-to-day operations are running smoothly
Requirements:
- Form 5 / DSE Graduate or above with a minimum of 2 years or above relevant experience in office administrative management
- Timely report to supervisor
- Always have Can-Do Spirit
- Independent to lead a project
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Able to initiate and drive changes across all levels
- Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and refuse to blindly follow
- Good analytical and solid data handling experience
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Sensitive to figures and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong Excel skill
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese is a prerequisite
