Assistant Product Manager

DIGITAL VENTURES is the digital venture arm under HKT. DIGITAL VENTURES consists of verticals ranging from e-commerce, insurance, digital health, travel to financial services. We build the business based on the loyalty program (i.e., The Club) and big monetizable data from HKT.

 

Our team is growing! DIGITAL VENTURES is now looking for an Assistant Product Manager to work with our Product and Design teams. You will be one of the critical person(s) to fulfil the mission statement of DIGITAL VENTURES – crafting a frictionless user experience for our members so that they can live better.

As an Assistant Product Manager in DIGITAL VENTURES, no one day is exactly the same. Your typical day could be a combination of the followings:

 

 

  • Manage product development from concept to launch

  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, operations, design, and development teams to successfully launch new features or products.

  • Conduct business analysis and gather requirements to support business initiatives, projects, and related issues.

  • Prepare clear and concise documents such as Product Requirements Documents, market research reports, data studies, user training guides, and post-launch analyses.

  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and propose new technologies to enhance business performance.

  • Identify and execute data analytics initiatives to deepen our understanding of customer behaviors and trends across businesses and brands, aligning them with business objectives.

  • Monitor daily business activities closely, identifying potential risks and opportunities that have a significant impact on the business.

 

What you need to have as the essentials:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Min of 5 years of experience in product management, business analyst, digital consultant or data analytics.

  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Strong ability to quickly learn new business knowledge, processes, and methods.

  • Proficient in business analysis, including eliciting functional and non-functional requirements, requirement management and traceability, stakeholder management, and effective communication and facilitation skills.

  • Familiarity with business intelligence and data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio is advantageous.

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as a Senior Product Executive.
