Assistant Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute of an integrated digital marketing and eCommerce strategy that aligns with overall brand and business objectives
- Drive initiatives that enhance traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention
- Implement data-driven campaigns and strategies, collaborating with various partners, such as banks and B2B organizations, to drive revenue.
- Regularly set up campaigns and promotional mechanics, optimizing content to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Manage and produce creative content for marketplaces and social media platforms, which includes creating social media posts, writing compelling captions, and developing engaging visual content.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure the marketing strategy remains relevant and effective.
- Utilize analytics and digital marketing insights to improve ROI, enhance customer experience, and ensure seamless integration across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to deliver cohesive digital experiences and achieve business KPIs.
- Handle various ad hoc projects and assignments as required to support business initiatives and goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing and eCommerce platforms, including but not limited to Tableau, AEM, ACS and Magento, etc.
- Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in marketing is preferable
