Assistant Marketing Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Communications team player to join our team and lead the development and execution of our marketing communications strategy. You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, managing brand messaging, and driving engagement across multiple channels to build brand awareness and drive user acquisition.
Your role
- Execute comprehensive marketing plans and calendar that aligned with business objectives and target audience, ensuring timely implementation and brand consistency. Manage the setup and fulfilment of various offer to ensure efficient system performance.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of brand messaging, including tone of voice, visual identity, and key messaging.
- Create engaging content for various channels, including mobile app, website, social media, email, app push, MMS, press releases.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including digital advertising, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Support the direct marketing flow (i.e. SMS, eDM, WhatsApp). Coordinate with Sales and CS Team for any updated marketing activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (business, product, design) and external partners (merchants, card schemes) to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless integration of marketing campaigns.
- Access and use of digital and AI tools for initiatives, work closely with stakeholders on automate content creation at Scale with AI to meet requirement communication, ensure quality design and deliverables.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, identify key metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing communications. Support the research of industry trends, competitors, and target audiences by analyzing online job posts and market data to assist in developing marketing strategies.
- Prepare billing report & reconciliation with vendors and coordinate with internal parties for invoice / payment arrangements
- Perform ad-hoc assignments designated by management include provide training and prepare correspondence materials for events and on-site support.
To succeed in this role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years marketing communication experience in fintech, loyalty or digital service. Agency background will be an advantage.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
- Experience with digital marketing and GenAI tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, Tableau, SMS gateway, Radica, ACS, WATI, Salesforce/ other Content Management Systems).
- Can-do, positive, open-minded with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Less experience will be considered as AM or SME.
