Assistant Marketing Manager

Your role:

  • Design & implement marketing campaigns and events aligned with company goals
  • Shape & deliver a holistic and end-to-end user experience & marketing initiatives
  • Work smart and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders for achieving specific KPIs
  • Report to Manager, ensuring deliverables are accurate and meeting expected standards & timeline
  • Provide administrative support for achievement of overall objectives and coordination for necessary follow-up actions

 

To succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or business development roles
  • Strong sense of creativity: Outstanding ability in campaign and event execution, writing clear and thinking creative & innovative ideas
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to work collaboratively, good team player, energetic and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-organized skill: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English
  • Experience in telecom or start-up or creative agency background will be an advantage
