Assistant Marketing Manager
We are seeking a self-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic individual to join the Now TV Content and Communication team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the promotion of Now TV products and content, focusing on entertainment offerings.
Duties and responsibilities
· Promotion Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote entertainment content across various platforms to drive awareness, conversion, and usage among target segments.
· Campaign Management: Establish and execute campaigns across various digital touchpoints and on-ground activities, collaborating with communication, PR, editorial, and event teams to deliver measurable results.
· Partnership Collaboration: Liaise with business partners to formulate and implement regular joint content promotion campaigns, develop ongoing promotion plans, and occasionally create innovative collaborations with content partners to achieve business goals.
· Content Guardianship: Act as a guardian of the Now TV Entertainment genre to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all lines of business and touchpoints, while creating promotional synergy with other marketing and sales teams.
· Content Creation: Create promotional content, including digital campaign storyboards, copywriting for social media, eDMs, and push messages for regular, seasonal, and thematic campaigns, in collaboration with the design team and external agencies.
· Reporting and Insights: Develop management reports and insights to make recommendations for adjustments to the marketing plan based on performance data, with the support from CRM team
· Customer-Centric Focus: Maintain a customer-centric mindset to enhance content usage and improve platform user experience, with a strong emphasis on social, digital, and influencer marketing.
· Market Analysis: Track best practices, engaging tactics, and conduct competitive analysis, providing ongoing updates to the team.
Basic Job Requirements
· Degree in Marketing, Digital, Communications, and/or Media-related discipline is preferred
· 6 years’ experience in digital marketing, streaming services or agency experience
· Creative Thinker: Ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns.
· Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· Excellent Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
