Assistant Manager – Solutions Development (SkyExchange)

Your role:

  • Oversee existing SkyExchange’s solution and product development, construct product marketing strategies and plans, execute programs and track performance.
  • Manage product-life cycle, tender spec-in, good relationship with business partners, coordinate internal and external stakeholders (i.e. engineering and technical support) in order to provide dedicated services and solutions.
  • Develop mechanism to obtain feedback from customers / channels to enhance products / services features and maintain the business growth
  • Produce regular reports and presentations on business performance, market intelligence, customer experience and programs effectiveness

To succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor degree holder in Computing, Information System, ICT, Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years product management / solutions development experience and at least 1 – 2 year experience in Data Center / connectivity solutions / cloud / hybrid-cloud related disciplines , experience in Data Center or Cloud Services Provider will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge in Data Center operation, Data Center infrastructure, Cloud solutions, networking, and IT managed services will be an advantage
  • Self-initiated, highly motivated, meticulous and result-oriented
  • Good negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Less experience candidate will be considered as Senior Officer
